Custom Software Development

Web applications
Mobile solutions
Enterprise systems

Managed IT Services

24/7 technical support
Network security
Cloud management

3. User Obligations

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate technical requirements
Maintain proper licensing for all software
Allow reasonable access for system maintenance
Adhere to payment schedules

4. Payments & Billing

Standard Payment Structure

30% initial deposit
40% milestone payment
30% on delivery

Late Payments

1.5% monthly interest
Service suspension after 30 days

5. Intellectual Property

Client Rights

Full ownership of custom deliverables
Exclusive license to final products

Company Rights

Retains reusable code components
Maintains rights to proprietary tools

6. Limitation of Liability

Ben IT Services shall not be liable for:

Third-party software issues
Client-modified code
Force majeure events
Consequential damages

Maximum Liability: Limited to fees paid during preceding 6-month period
